How to Log In to the Lula Portal
Step 1: Open your browser and go to https://secure.lula.co.za or click "Login" on the main Lula website.
Step 2: Enter the email address and password registered during your application.
Step 3: Complete any two-factor authentication (2FA) step if prompted.
Step 4: You will land on your dashboard showing your active facilities, current balance, next repayment date, and available draw-down amount (if applicable).

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues
Cannot log in:
- Ensure you are using the email address registered during sign-up (not an alias).
- Check that Caps Lock is not active when entering your password.
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies before retrying.
- Use a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge — latest versions).
Forgot your password:
- On the login page at https://secure.lula.co.za, click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the reset link sent to your inbox (check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive within 5 minutes).
OTP / verification code not received:
- Ensure your mobile number is up to date in your profile.
- Check that your phone has network signal and is not blocking SMS from business numbers.

- Allow up to one business day for manual payments to reflect.
