Troubleshooting — Common Login Problems
I Cannot Log In
- Double-check the email address you registered with during the Letocredit application — it must match the lender's system exactly.
- Use the "Forgot password" function on the lender's login page.
- Clear browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser or device.
- If still unable to log in, call the lender's customer service line directly (found in your credit agreement or the lender's website).
I Did Not Receive a Welcome or Account Setup Email
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Confirm your email address was entered correctly during the Letocredit form submission.
- Contact the lender's support team to resend account credentials.
OTP Not Received
- Confirm signal strength on your mobile phone.
- Check whether the mobile number registered with the lender is correct.
- Allow up to 60 seconds for OTP delivery; if not received, use the "resend OTP" option.
- Contact the lender if the problem persists.
My Payment Is Not Showing in the Account
- Manual EFT payments may take up to 48 hours to reflect — check your bank's transaction reference.
- If the payment was made more than 48 hours ago and still is not reflected, contact the lender's finance team with your proof of payment (bank transaction receipt or reference).
FAQ — Personal Account
Does Letocredit have its own account portal? No. Letocredit is a comparison platform. Your loan account is managed on the portal of the lender whose offer you accepted.
Can I manage multiple loans from different lenders in one place? Not through Letocredit. Each lender has a separate portal. You would log in to each lender's platform individually.
What if I forgot which lender I chose? Check your email inbox for the credit agreement or confirmation email received after accepting an offer. The lender's name, contact details and website will be in that document.
