Can PrimeLoans send money to someone else's bank account? No. Funds are disbursed only to the bank account registered in the borrower's own name during the application.
Is there a fee for receiving the funds? PrimeLoans does not charge a disbursement or payout fee. The loan amount transferred is the agreed principal.
What if I entered the wrong bank account number? Contact support@primeloans.co.za immediately before the transfer is processed. If the transfer has already been sent to an incorrect account, bank-level recovery may take several business days.
